Price and Payment
At Hiiri webshop you can pay with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express, Discover and Paypal. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. The amount will be debited as soon as your order has been sent.


You can also pay by mobilepay: 40 94 87 86.
If this is your choice your order will be sent as soon as we have received your payment.

There is a freight cost of 50 dkkr on orders in Denmark. When shipping to European countries is the cost of shipping 150.00 DKK. For the rest of the world shipping is from 250.00 DKK.

If the item is in stock your order will be sent within 3 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by e-mail. I primarily use GLS and post nord. 

Not Shipping To Your Country?
Send an email to telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order email quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been despatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.

You must within 14 days of receipt of your order notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by mail, phone or the like. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to tap your right. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with return. The amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs once the item is received. Items can only be returned if they are not damaged and has not been used.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you:

1) Receive your product

2) Get the last good physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several goods that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately 

Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery till it’s return to us. And you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged securely. Note! We do not accept packages sent. COD (Cash On Delivery).

The condition of the goods, when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value ifyou wish to cancel your purchase. To receive the full amount in returned for your purchase. You may do all the same things as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment that you are liable to be deducted from the purchase. If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product.

Damaged Goods
When you shop at you have 24 month warranty. I will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk. But I will be happy to help with repairs.

How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
